Class  Descriptions

Booty Bootcamp

60 min of non-stop BOOTY work  - #AssByAsh. This is the class that started it all.  Known for its perfectly developed formula of all the right moves coupled with Ashley's method of "sharp attention to details." Attend class regularly and expect to be addicted. Watch your results speak for itself. This class is a MUST for anyone who is looking to get that booty right & tight!

UPP

Almost as popular as our booty class, this UPPerbody workout has been known to create some insane looking arms! It's the perfect class to give your lower body a rest and purely focus on building a strong and lean upper half. ASF Virtual UPP is also one of the best home upper body workouts on the market!

Sweat

Need that extra push for your cardio workout? We’ve got you covered! This class definitely lives up to its name and is undoubtedly the hardest class of the week. However, don't let this scare you away. This class is incredibly beneficial & can also accommodate ALL levels and any low impact modifications that might be needed. Show up weekly and we can PROMISE your booty and your mind will thank you!

ASF Conditioning

A full body workout with emphasis on weight lifting designed to hit every major muscle group. You'll leave this class feeling every inch of your body and wanting to come back for more!

Sunday Funday

A little twist on our traditional ASF workouts brining you a mix of weights and cardio together. Always a full body workout, always a good time! Perfect ending to the week!

Super Saturday

Our famous Booty Class - Just a little bit more and just a little bit longer. Recommended only for intermediate to advanced workout gals!
